RedLine’s most valuable assets—its employees.
In previous roles, Lisa served as the Executive Director of Customer Service Operations at
Catalyst Health Solutions, a distinguished Fortune 500 company and a leader in the Pharmacy
Benefit Management industry. Her tenure as a Quality Assurance Manager for a federal
healthcare contractor was further distinguished by her certification as a Manager of
Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) from the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
Lisa earned her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Maryland University
College, showcasing her dedication to academic excellence and professional growth.
On a personal level, Lisa finds joy in supporting her two teenage sons from the sidelines of
multiple sports fields. She has also taken an active role in coaching cross country and
spearheading fundraising events at their school. A native of Las Vegas, Lisa has lived in various
countries, including the Caribbean and Europe. Her personal interests include reading, taking
